Eleven buffalo race to get away from the two men hunting for their tribe.  The man on the red horse is shooting a gun and shouting.  The red lines from his mouth indicate his voice, and the glyph over his head is his name, Red Wolf.  The other man on the green horse is holding a spear.

Men and women with high regard are oftentimes depicted with glyphs indicating their names.  Michael says that when seen in certain light, some horses hides' show colors other than the ones we normally see, such as green and red.
