This sterling silver Navajo bracelet was made by Chris Charley. It has a bright blue turquoise set in the center that has interesting black and white inclusions. The quills of each feather meet in the center, behind the turquoise. The feather is delicately detailed, without detail at each end, which indicates that it is an eagle feather.
