Many Moons Sterling Silver Necklace - 19.25"

This is an older sterling silver necklace from Oaxaca, Mexico, home to the Zapotec people.  On each side of the moon at the top are two beautifully detailed birds with outspread wings.  Below them are two horizontal water drop shapes on each side of another moon, with one moon on each end.  Below are four small moons with flattened sterling silver bands wrapped around the moons.  More moons below those, with six sterling silver water drops dangling below.  The chain is also handmade with each link replicating the pattern in the center of the pendant.  If she (or you!) loves water and full moons, this is the perfect necklace.
